ICDO’s “Long Nights of Interculturality” is the biggest annual cultural event organized in Vienna, Austria every September with the duration of one week.

Austria’s location in the heart of Europe gives it a unique advantage as a melting pot of culture.

Vienna especially is a city full of life and rich history that has allowed it to organically grow into a living showcase of “cultural diversity”.

The Long Nights of Interculturality, under the patronage from Austrian Commission for UNESCO, celebrates Vienna’s diversity through music, art, traditional costumes, panel discussions, film, food and many more activities worth discovering.

The objective of the event is to raise awareness of different cultural expressions and their value, to promote these in an open atmosphere of diversity and interculturality, in order to encourage the development of cultural participation with the goal of bringing people closer together and highlighting contemporary topics.

ICDO team is proud that “Long Nights of Interculturality” is supported by more than 30 Embassies, international organizations, NGOs, volunteers, more than 300 performers, more than 100 artists, and Austrian Commission for UNESCO.

We invite you to see each event of “Long Nights of Interculturality” as every year we do our best to be innovative and to present something new!
