mumok Matinee: quart@art

The quart@art ensemble takes you on a voyage of discovery into fascinating worlds of sound and their concert oscillates between modernity and tradition. With the singer Daniela Dett they travel to the "Viennese baris" of the 15th century with poems by H C Artmann and music by Georg Breinschmid.

In the mumok matinees, museum visitors are invited to experience a concert directly in the exhibition rooms. Contemporary and modern compositions allow for multi-layered connections with architecture, space and works of art. Music and visual art, sound and image merge into a collage-like art experience.
