Fractal Night

Second edition of fractal night ft. atom womb, chants de rats & of like mind. This night’s show only features bands from a close circle of friends, who are all part of the Fractal Nights community. We're beyond excited to invite you to our second (official) effort in organizing this beautiful event series. It's going to be fun.

BANDS:

ATOM WOMB (Psych Punk)

Atom Womb first started as a duo project between Xavi and Luke with the idea in mind to keep things rather simple and focus more on creating a straight forward, in your face kind of sound. After about a year of writing, playing and discovering new music and other
sources of inspiration, their sound shifted as well. Soon it became inevitable to recruit a bass player and form a trio, Michi got in and the rest is history! Lately the term psych punk would describe the sound way better than stoner rock, while it still keeps the fuzzy and
vast soundscapes that were there from the start.

CHANTS DE RATS (Grindcore, Post Metal)

Chants de Rats is an austrian/french band compiled of 4 people with a lot of passion for their instruments and all kinds of different genres of music, but still, everyone having the same goal of creating music that hits very hard. The result is a raw kind of metal with
elements of genres like grindcore, post-metal, noise etc. delivered in form of an authentic and aggressive live performance. About a month ago they released their first demo EP via bandcamp, so be sure to give it a listen!

OF LIKE MIND (Alternative Prog-Rock)

The group of four evokes a truly unique soundscape: Elaborate drum beats and guitar riffs blend with haunting synth sounds and vocals that unfold beyond the boundaries of genre. Their work partially moves within the confines of Alternative Prog-Rock, but ultimately refuses to be classified. of like mind is industrial, ambient, experimental. After a year of introspective song-writing and recording, the band is thrilled to share fresh material with
