Happy’s younger brother Timmy is found dead. Now Happy must return to his former life as a clown to find his brother's killer. During his search for the truth, Happy’s old friends and colleagues are more than reluctant to talk to him – because the only thing that’s worse than someone leaving the clown life behind, is someone coming back with a badge. Hot on the murderer’s trail, Happy has to leverage old friendships, blackmail former colleagues, and sweet-talk his ex. But will Happy be able to go home again without once more getting sucked into the seedy underbelly of organized clown crime?
